1. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit if:
- You received damaged, expired, or spoiled products.
- Items were missing from your order.
- You received the wrong item(s).
- The order was never delivered, or delivered to the wrong address (due to our error).
- You canceled your order before it was packed or shipped.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Fresh items (produce, dairy, meat, frozen foods)
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Orders delivered accurately and on time but later refused without valid reason.
3. Refund Request Window
– You must report issues within 24 hours of receiving your order. This helps us maintain product quality and handle claims efficiently.
To report an issue:
Go to your order history in the app.
Fill The Contact Us Form
Choose refund, replacement, or store credit.
4. Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process your refund as follows:

Store Credit Instant
Replacement Within 1–2 days
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before scheduled delivery.
If the order is already being packed or out for delivery, a cancellation fee may apply or the order may not be eligible for cancellation.
