  • Some remote or rural ZIP codes may have limited availability or longer delivery windows.

  • We are continuously expanding our logistics network to better serve you nationwide.


2. Delivery Time

We offer same-day delivery on all eligible orders!

  • Estimated delivery time: 30 to 60 minutes from order confirmation.

  • Actual delivery time may vary based on:

    • Your location (urban vs. suburban/rural)

    • Local traffic conditions

    • Weather

    • Order volume during peak times (e.g., weekends, holidays)

You’ll receive real-time updates via SMS or push notifications, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Estimated delivery window

  • Driver tracking

  • Delivery confirmation


3. Delivery Hours

Our standard delivery hours are:

  • Monday to Monday: 9:00 AM – 11:59 PM (local time)

Some areas may have extended or limited delivery windows based on local availability.


4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on:

  • Order size

  • Time of day (e.g., express or late-night delivery)

You’ll see the delivery fee clearly displayed at checkout. Free delivery may apply for orders above a certain amount or during promotional campaigns.


5. Contactless Delivery

For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Your groceries will be left at your doorstep, and you’ll receive a photo confirmation upon drop-off.


6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • The driver may attempt to call or message you.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled or returned.

  • Re-delivery or restocking fees may apply.


7. Order Tracking

Track your order live in the Halaal Food app:

  • View driver location

  • Estimated arrival time

  • Delivery status updates


8. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for speed and reliability, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Traffic congestion

  • High demand

  • Technical issues

We’ll always notify you immediately if a delay occurs and provide updated delivery times.
